Stephanie Nguyen's Campaign for State Assembly Reports Raising Nearly $300,000 in Seven Weeks

ELK GROVE – Today, Elk Grove City Councilmember Stephanie Nguyen’s campaign for State Assembly reports having raised nearly $300,000 in just seven weeks. This announcement comes just days after a poll conducted by FM3 research shows Nguyen with a 10-point lead over her closest opponent.
In 2017, Nguyen was unanimously appointed to serve as the Councilmember for District 4 in the City of Elk Grove making her the first Asian-American woman to serve as a Council Member in Sacramento County’s second largest city.
Nguyen also serves as the Executive Director for Asian Resources Inc., where she’s spent the past decade helping uplift low-income and limited English-speaking families to self-sufficiency in the Sacramento region.
